Well, it's been all summer since I've update anything on my account. I'm not all that surprised.

I'm not going to keep promising that I'll be adding more art soon, because I know that the likelihood of me getting around to it is very, very slim.

I've been thinking about it, and I've decided that I'm going to stay on DeviantART purely as an admirer of art, rather than an artist. That isn't to say that I won't keep drawing and painting. I will. It's what I love to do. But I'm not going to be posting anything up anymore, since I hardly ever get anything up anyway, and I'll probably take down what I have up now. Symbolically, I suppose, more than anything else. I'll still be logging on, probably daily, to check out what other people have done. (: I love seeing what everyone else is up to. Just don't expect anything new from me.

On another note though, it's back to school in just five days. It feels like the summer has gone by so quickly. In June, it felt like an eternity stretched out in front of me, but now, I almost regret that I didn't do as much as I should have. There were so many opportunities I could have taken to do something useful, but the summer vacation mentality let me make excuses to avoid it. Maybe I'll be more focused during the school year.

So, on that note, I hope you've all had a great summer, and good luck during the school year for those of you who are still students. And for those of you who aren't, good luck all the same. (:
